Issue of Equity

The Company announces that it agreed on 11 November 2022 to allot 400,000 Ordinary Shares at 265.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 11 November 2022 was 259.0p.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 15 November 2022. As at 15 November 2022 the issued share capital and total voting rights will be 156,098,564.
