Henderson Far East Income Limited (the "Company") has today published a Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (the "Notice") to be held at 10:30am on 5 August 2025 at the offices of Janus Henderson Investors, 201 Bishopsgate, London EC2M 3AE to consider the proposal to authorise the directors to allot ordinary shares on a non-pre-emptive basis up to 10 per cent of the issued share capital as at the date of the meeting.
