The Company announces that it agreed on 28 October 2025 to allot 525,000 ordinary shares at a price of 251.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 30 October 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 188,114,679.
