The Company announces that it agreed on 15 August 2024 to allot 400,000 ordinary shares at a price of 227.2p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 19 August 2024, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 164,937,179.
