The Company announces that it agreed on 16 July 2024 to allot 145,000 ordinary shares at 240.50p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.  

These shares will be issued for cash on 18 July 2024, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 163,582,179.
