The Company confirms that it agreed today, 12 July 2024, to issue 350,000 ordinary shares to the market at a price of 243.00p per share.  A total of 181,385 shares will be issued from treasury and a further 168,615 allotted to meet the demand.

Following this sale from treasury, the Company's share capital is as follows:

Total voting rights: 163,257,179

Ordinary shares held in treasury: 0

Total issued share capital: 163,257,179
