At 30 June 2024, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 163,088,564 ordinary shares of no par value, of which 381,385 ordinary shares are held in treasury. Voting rights are not attached to shares held in treasury.
On a poll, members have one vote for every share held. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 162,707,179. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
