Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Julia Chapman as the senior independent director with immediate effect.

Julia is a lawyer qualified in England & Wales, as well as in Jersey with over 30 years' experience in the investment fund and capital markets sector.  She has been a non-executive director of the Company since 2015.

Commenting on the appointment, the Chairman said, "I am very pleased that Julia has agreed to take on this role.  She has a great wealth of investment funds experience and has an excellent understanding the Company and Fund Managers' approach to investing."
