In conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the following:

As at 31 August 2022, the Company's capital consisted of 216,389,910 ordinary shares of 5p. The Company holds 3,169,590 in Treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 213,220,320. On a poll, members have one vote for each share held. 

The above figure (213,220,320) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
