Payment of second interim dividend

Henderson Diversified Income Trust plc (the "Company") has announced a second interim dividend of 1.10p per ordinary share, in respect of the period ending 30 April 2020, payable on 31 December 2019 to shareholders registered at the close of business on 6 December 2019.  The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 5 December 2019. This dividend is to be paid as an interest distribution for UK tax purposes from the Company's revenue account.
