HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: Results of HELMA home sales significantly ahead of budget; new order intake up by 57% during the first nine months of 2015, growing from EUR 130.8 million to EUR 205.0 million
Lehrte, October 6, 2015 – HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, specialist for individual solid-construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, grew its consolidated net new order intake by EUR 74.2 million to reach EUR 205.0 million during the first nine months of the current financial year (9M 2014: EUR 130.8 million). This corresponds to a significant increase of 57% in net new order intake, which was particularly due to the classic building services business and the property development business that is carried out by the HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH subsidiary.
The Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG firmly assumes that the HELMA Group can continue its first nine months’ strong new order intake during the fourth quarter of 2015, thereby enabling it to exceed by a very significant margin the new order intake growth of at least 20% that the Group is aiming for on a full-year view.
