HELMA Eigenheimbau AG achieves seventh consecutive annual new order intake record in 2013 – new order intake up 21 percent to EUR 159.0 million
Lehrte, January 15, 2014 – HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts, has posted a record in terms of new orders for the seventh consecutive year, with net new order intake rising from EUR 131.4 million to EUR 159.0 million in the 2013 financial year, representing significant year-on-year growth of 21 percent, or EUR 27.6 million. As planned, this net new order growth is significantly attributable to the property development subsidiaries HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH and HELMA Ferienimmobilien GmbH, thereby reflecting once again the successful implementation in 2013 in these divisions of the company’s long-term growth strategy.
As a result, the HELMA Group commands an excellent starting position to continue to report considerable revenue and earnings growth in the 2014 financial year. Moreover, the Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG anticipates further double-digit percentage new order intake growth in the current 2014 year, which should allow the company’s dynamic and sustainably positive revenue and earnings trends to continue in subsequent years.
Financial calendar:
Preliminary results for the 2013 financial year and budgeted figures for 2014 will be published in a Corporate News in the first half of March 2014. The 2013 annual report will be published on April 2, 2014.
