HELMA Eigenheimbau AG publishes sales figures for the first nine months of
the 2011 financial year
Lehrte, October 12, 2011 - HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, the specialist for
individual solid construction houses and sustainable energy concepts,
reports an increase in consolidated net new order intake (houses and land)
to EUR 74.4 million in the first nine months of the 2011 financial year,
compared with EUR 69.9 million in the comparable prior-year period,
representing a 6.4 percent sales increase.
The Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG is assuming that the last
three months of the 2011 financial year will comprise an extremely strong
final quarter in terms of sales, as in the previous year. The new projects
of HELMA Wohnungsbau GmbH in Berlin, Hamburg and Munich, which were
announced in September 2011 as part of significant land purchases, will
already make a tangible contribution to this outcome. The company is also
assuming additional drivers to significant sales growth to arise from the
holiday property project at Glowe on the island of Rügen, which has already
made a successful start.
As a consequence, the HELMA Group anticipates total net new order intake of
around EUR 30.0 million for the October to December 2011 period. This would
imply that the Group would achieve, as planned, a net new order intake in
the triple-digit million euro region on a full-year basis, which would
create a solid basis for the company's aim of achieving further revenue and
earnings growth in 2012.
