HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: positive Q3 sales figures confirm the uptrend
Lehrte, October 6, 2008 – The HELMA Group achieved a net inflow of new
orders of EUR 16.6 million in the third quarter of 2008 (previous year: EUR
12.3 million). This represents a significant increase compared with the
prior year period of around 35 percent. The number of units sold was raised
from 79 to 100. This figure includes 34 KfW 40/60 houses, and nine solar
houses.
After the first nine months of the 2008 financial year, the net order
inflow of the HELMA Group consequently totals EUR 52.1 million (previous
year: EUR 42.0 million), and the number of units sold totals 315 (previous
year: 279). In particular, there were significant stimuli to growth from
the sales regions of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg with 37 units sold
(Q1-Q3 2007: 9), as well as from the HELMA Solar House, of which 28 have
already been sold so far this year.
The trend towards a marked rise in average net sales prices, which was
already detectable at the mid-year stage, also continued, with an increase
to €166,000 (FY 2007: €153,000). HELMA Eigenheimbau AG consequently has an
extremely solid starting base for a further, significant rise in total
output and profitability in the 2009 financial year.
