Torsten Rieger steps down from the Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau

Isernhagen, December 14, 2007 – Torsten Rieger, CFO of HELMA Eigenheimbau
AG, is stepping down from the Management Board of HELMA Eigenheimbau by
amicable agreement effective December 31, 2007, in order to pursue other
professional challenges. The Management and Supervisory Boards would like
to thank Mr. Rieger for his valuable contributions and the trust-based
cooperation. Mr. Karl-Heinz Maerzke, the founder of the company and
Chairman of the Management Board, will manage the business as sole director
until further notice.
