HELMA Eigenheimbau AG: AGM approves dividend of EUR 1.85 per share for 2019

Lehrte, July 3, 2020 – The Ordinary AGM of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG, which was held today in virtual form, followed the management’s proposal and approved the payment of a dividend of EUR 1.85 per share for the 2019 financial year. Accordingly, with the distribution of almost 50 % of the net profit of HELMA Eigenheimbau AG as reported on the basis of financial accounting principles according to the German Commercial Code (HGB), the shareholders participate tangibly in the company’s success. All other agenda items were also decided and approved.
