Completion of TravelEdge Group acquisition

Helloworld Travel Limited (ASX: HLO) has today advised that it has completed the acquisition of the TravelEdge Group as announced on 24 September 2019.

The additional expertise and capability brought into the group by TravelEdge will compliment Helloworld Travel’s existing corporate operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Helloworld Travel was advised by PwC and MinterEllison on the transaction.
