Completion of Asia Escape Holidays Acquisition

Helloworld Travel Limited (HLO) has today announced that it has completed the acquisition of a controlling stake in Asia Escape Holidays, a fast growing outbound travel wholesaler based in Perth, as announced on 10 May 2018.

Andrew Burnes, CEO and Managing Director of Helloworld Travel Limited said “We are excited about the acquisition as it complements our existing wholesale range. Importantly it provides us with the ability to offer a greater mid-haul all-inclusive package range and speed to market to compete in the growing package and impulse buying market for travel throughout the Asia Pacific region.”
