– Helloworld Travel Limited Acquisition of Magellan Travel Group

Further to its announcement of 19 December 2017, Helloworld Travel Limited (ASX: HLO) is pleased to announce that the parties have executed the formal transaction documentation to acquire the Magellan Travel Group.

The transaction is expected to complete in early January 2018.
