Completion of Acquisition of 50% of MTA

2 December 2016

Helloworld Limited (ASX: HLO; Helloworld) confirms that on 1 December 2016 it successfully completed the transaction to acquire 50.0% of MTA, which was announced on 21[st] October, 2016. The consideration was fully funded out of the capital raising on 24[th] October with the remaining proceeds of the raising used to retire debt.

The MTA business, with over 350 mobile travel agents throughout Australia, is a home based travel consultancy service and adds a fifth network to HLO’s agency footprint in Australia which now comprises:

• Helloworld Branded Network

• Helloworld Associate Network

• Helloworld for Business

• My Travel Group

• MTA

HLO CEO Andrew Burnes said he was delighted with the addition of the MTA partnership and is looking forward to the company’s continued expansion in the fast-growing home based consultancy market.
