("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. Athanasios Stratos, Chief Customer Operations Officer OTE Group - Chairman & CΕΟ Cosmote Evalue, Germanos, Cosmote Technical Services, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 02.12.2025, purchased 1,759 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €17.33 for a total value of €30,483.47 on 27.11.2025.

The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p) and article 21] and Regulation No 596/2014 (article 19) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse.
