Αthens, November 25, 2025 – Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, Mr. Panayiotis Gabrielides, Chief Commercial Officer Consumer Segment OTE Group, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 22.11.2025, purchased 800 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.90 for a total value of €13,520.00 on 21.11.2025.
