Announcement of Regulated Information
Αthens, November 18, 2025 – Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. ("OTE" or the "Company") announces that in the context of ''OTE Shares Award'' Program, as approved by the competent authorities, Mr. Konstantinos Nebis, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of ΟΤΕ, according to his transaction notification to the Company dated 17.11.2025, on the same day (17.11.2025) purchased 6,000 shares of OTE (LEI ELPUFM0XZRZO4LFXW404), at an average price of €16.7993 for a total value of €100,795.56.
The announcement is issued as a Regulated Information, in accordance with Law 3556/2007, [article 3, par. 1 (p) and article 21] and Regulation No 596/2014 (article 19) of the European Parliament and of the Council on market abuse.
