Participation in Call for Tender in offshore exploration blocks

In response to the relevant Call for Tenders, published by the Ministry of Environment & Energy (Government Gazette 2104/30.04.2025), for the exploration and production of hydrocarbons in the four offshore areas south of Peloponnese and south of Crete, HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings (the "Company") announces that it has partnered with CHEVRON to participate in the said tender.

The offer was submitted today as per tender rules.

This participation complements and consolidates the Company's exploration & production activities in the area while for CHEVRON this is a new country entry.
