Trade notifications on EXAE shares (Law 3461/2006)

15 September 2025 – PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED informed the Company in writing that it carried out the following transactions in shares of the Company (symbol: EXAE, ISIN GRS395363005):

Following the above transactions, HERMES LINDER FUND SICAV holds 5.66% of the voting rights, which are included in the 7.01% total of the voting rights held by PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED.

In addition, ALPHA ASSET MANAGEMENT informed the Company in writing on 15 Sep 2025 that it acquired 322,600 shares of the Company (symbol: EXAE, ISIN GRS395363005), at an average acquisition price of €7,00 per share.

The acquisitions were made by the following mutual funds:

• 1. Alpha Blue Chips Greek Equity Fund
• 1. Alpha Greek Balanced Fund
• 1. Alpha Aggressive Strategy Greek Equity Fund
• 1. Alpha Greek Equity Quality Income Fund

Following the above acquisitions, the above-mentioned mutual funds possess 4.13% of the voting rights of the Company, from 3.59% before the start of the Public Offer and the acquisitions.

The notification of EXAE trades takes place in accordance with art. 24 of law 3461/2006 due to the tender offer by Euronext to acquire all shares of the Company (EXAE) through a share exchange.
