12 September 2025 – TRITON ASSET MANAGEMENT (LEI 213800YSZHWSCLXXRI37) informed the Company in writing on 11 Sep 2025 that due to share purchases by the mutual funds TRITON BALANCED FUND (LEI 2138005AUE1SYWEUNK41) & TRITON INCOME BOND DEVELOPED COUNTRIES FUND (LEI 213800ABZAHYTE1YNK02)on 10 Sep 2025, it possesses 1.07% of the voting rights of the Company, from 0.99% before the transactions.
The notification of EXAE trades takes place in accordance with art. 24 of law 3461/2006 due to the tender offer by Euronext to acquire all shares of the Company (EXAE) through a share exchange.
