Acquisition of additional stake in an affiliate – suitability assessment process

5 February 2026 – Following its announcement dated 4.2.2026, HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS EXCHANGE S.A. announces that the shares acquired on 3 February 2026 in Hellenic Energy Exchange S.A. ("HEnEx") on 3 February 2026 carry voting rights that may be exercised at the general meeting of HEnEx, following the completion of the assessment process and the granting of the relevant approval for the acquisition by the Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, in accordance with Article 9(7) of Law 4425/2016 and Article 45(5) of Law 4514/2018.
