Acquisition of additional stake in affiliate
4 February 2026 – HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A. announces that, it has acquired an additional 20% equity stake in Hellenic Energy Exchange SA increasing its total participation from 21% to 41%.
The consideration for the acquisition amounted to €7.3 million.
