17 October 2025 – Hellenic Exchanges-Athens Stock Exchange S.A. announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, that it was notified on 17 October 2025 by the Head of the Compliance Unit Mr. Manos Konstantopoulos that on 16 October 2025 he sold 1,300 common registered shares of the Company having a total value of €8,411.00.
