Following the above transactions, HERMES LINDER FUND SICAV holds 5.25% of the voting rights, which are included in the 6.61% total of the voting rights held by PRAUDE ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED.

In addition, Qube Research & Technologies Limited informed the Company in writing on 5 Sep 2025 that through equity swaps on 4 Sep 2025, it possesses 2.008% of the voting rights of the Company, at an average price per EXAE share of €6.98, from 1.528% based on the last notification.

The notification of EXAE trades takes place in accordance with art. 24 of law 3461/2006 due to the tender offer by Euronext to acquire all shares of the Company (EXAE) through a share exchange.
