Extension of Warrants

As announced on 15 February 2021, pursuant to a placing to raise £3.1 million, the Company granted 1,584,810,126 warrants ("Warrants"), exercisable at a price of 0.3 pence per share, for a period of 12 months following the date of grant being 3 March 2021.  

In light of the continuing progress of the transaction the Board of the Company has decided to extend the date by which they are to be exercised by 30 days so that they now expire on 4 April 2022.  All other terms and conditions of the Warrants remain the same.

While the Board awaits the decision of the FCA regarding the Acquisition and readmission of the enlarged share capital to the Official List (by way of a Standard Listing) work continues to prepare for completion of the transaction. The Board looks forward to providing an update on the expected timetable as soon as practicably possible.
