Application for Secondary Quotation on AQSE Growth Market

The Company announces that it has applied for a secondary quotation of its ordinary shares to trading on the Access segment of the AQSE Growth Market ("AQSE"). Admission is expected to occur on or around 3 June 2021.

The Company will update the market in due course in respect of admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AQSE.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014 (which forms part of domestic UK law pursuant to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
