Change of Name to U.K. SPAC PLC Confirmed

The Company announces that, further to the announcement on 15 February 2021, the Company's change of name has been affected by the Registrar of Companies and has changed its name to U.K. SPAC PLC. With effect from 8:00am today, trading on AIM will commence under the Company's new name and the Company's TIDM, formerly MOGP, has been changed to "SPC". The Company's ISIN (GB00B3CQW227) and SEDOL (B3CQW22) remain unchanged. Shareholders should note that their shareholdings will be unaffected by the change of name. Existing share certificates should be retained by Shareholders holding ordinary shares in certificated form as they will remain valid for all purposes and no new share certificates will be issued.  

Following the change of name, a new website for the Company will be launched in the near future and a further announcement made when the site is launched. Until such time, the Company's website remains at www.mountfieldgroupplc.com which includes the information required by AIM Rule 26.
