The Company announces that, on 26 March 2021, Peter Jay, a Director of the Company, transferred 6,000,000 ordinary shares each to three family members by way of gifts at nil cost.

Following this transfer, Peter Jay holds 18,664,557 ordinary shares, representing 1.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
