Directorate Change

The Directors announce that on 30 June 2016 Adrian Sainsbury will step down from the Board.

Adrian Sainsbury said:

"My time on the Board has been extremely interesting and stimulating. This is a Company that is clearly adapting well to the challenges of a changing marketplace and under Group Chief Executive Andy Collins has excellent leadership. I will follow its progress and development with great interest."

Peter Jay, Chairman said:

"Adrian has been an excellent addition to the Board and his business skills and experience have proved invaluable. He has been very generous with his time and we are very grateful to him for the contribution that he has made to Board discussions.

The Board has already begun the processing of selecting Adrian's replacement as an independent non-executive director."
