Expiry of unlisted options
Helix Resources Limited (ASX: HLX) ( Helix or the Company ) wishes to advise that 13,150,000 Class A options exercisable at $0.0675 expiring on or before 15 November 2018 have expired.
In addition, the Company has also cancelled 1,000,000 Class C employee options.
The issued capital of the Company is now:
424,466,692 Ordinary fully paid shares
500,000 Class B Unlisted Options ($0.0675, 12 May 19)
2,000,000 Class C Unlisted Options ($0.0673, 2 May 20)
3,000,000 Class D Unlisted Options ($0.0607, 5 April 21)
- 1,750,000 Class E Unlisted Adviser Options ($0.08,19 April 2019)
