DRILLING TO COMMENCE AT COLLERINA PROSPECT - NSW

A 1000m RC drilling program is due to commence at the Collerina Prospect this week.

The drilling program is designed to test strong surface copper/gold geochemistry and an associated openended EM conductor with a strike of 300m.

The program is targeting structurally modified VMS base metal mineralisation.
Helix Resources Limited is pleased to announce that preparations for a reverse circulation (RC) drilling program at the Collerina Prospect in Central NSW are on schedule, with drilling due to commence later this week.
The 7 hole, 1000m RC drilling program is designed to test the recently completed geochemical and geophysical surveys targeting structurally modified VMS systems. This first-pass drilling program is assessing approximately 400m of strike along the main zone of interest (Refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2).
The target is defined by a sub-cropping mineralised gossan trend, coincident with a strong copper and gold in soil anomaly (maximum copper in soil result - 0.3% Cu and maximum gold in soil result - 0.4g/t Au) and an associated EM plate modelled from a depth of approximately 100m and with a strike of 300m (the EM plate is dipping moderately to the NNE and is open-ended).
