Change of Company Secretary

Helix Resources Limited (ASX: HLX) (“Helix”) wishes to advise that effective 1 August 2018, Mr Dale Hanna has resigned as Company Secretary and Mr Benjamin Donovan has been appointed as Company Secretary of Helix.

The Board of Helix thanks Mr Hanna for his contribution to the Company.

About Mr Benjamin Donovan:

Ben is an experienced Company Secretary, also providing Helix with corporate advisory and consultancy services.

Mr Donovan is currently a company secretary for several listed and public unlisted Australian Companies and has previously served as a company director at a number of companies. Ben has extensive experience in listing rules compliance and corporate governance, having served as a Senior Adviser at the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) in Perth, including as a member of the ASX JORC Committee.

In addition, he has experience in the capital markets, having raised capital and assisted numerous companies on achieving listing on the ASX, as well as time as a private client adviser in a boutique stockbroking firm.
