CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
Helix Resources Limited wishes to advise that effective 22 May 2014 Mr Michael Naylor assumes the role of Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for Helix.
Michael has 17 years experience in corporate advisory and public company management since commencing his career and qualifying as a chartered accountant with Ernst & Young. Michael has been involved in the financial management of mineral and resources focused public companies serving on the board and in the executive management team focusing on advancing and developing mineral resource assets and business development.
Michael has worked in Australia and Canada and has extensive experience in financial reporting, capital raisings, debt financings and treasury management of resource companies. Michael is also a member of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Mrs Joneen McNamara, resigns from her Company Secretary and CFO roles with Helix today to pursue personal interests.
