ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Helix Resources Limited (ASX:HLX) ( Helix or the Company ) advises that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company will be held at 11.00 am WST on Tuesday 23 November 2021. The AGM will be held online as a virtual meeting. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 and the Company’s Constitution, valid nominations for the position of director are required to be lodged at the registered office of the Company by 5.00 pm WST on 12 October 2021.
