Further to the Company's announcements made on 13 August 2018, Helios is pleased to announce competition of the acquisition of Fyshe Underwriting LLP ("Fyshe"), a limited liability member of Lloyd's, following approval on 29 August 2018 by Lloyds' of London of the change of control of Fyshe.
