Helios, the investment vehicle which builds shareholder value through exposure to Lloyd's, was informed on 18 August 2023 that The 1609 Fund Ltd, which is under the management of ILS Capital Management Ltd, a company which Tom Libassi, Non-Executive Director of the Company, co-founded and is managing partner of, on the same day acquired 6,500 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 115 pence per share. Mr Libassi is also a director of The 1609 Fund Ltd.
