Director's Shareholding

Helios, the investment vehicle which builds shareholder value through exposure to Lloyd's, was informed on 6 June 2023 that Nigel Hanbury, Executive Deputy Chairman, and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, on the same day sold 200,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 170 pence per share.

Michael Wade, Chairman Designate, whose appointment as previously announced will take effect on closure of the Annual General Meeting on 29 June 2023, acquired 116,470 of the shares sold by Mr Hanbury.
