Directors' Dealing
Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, was notified on 29 May 2020 that Michael Cunningham, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, had on the same day purchased 22,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 88.5 pence per share. As a result, Mr. Cunningham has a total beneficial interest of 78,698 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.44 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
In addition, the Company was notified on 29 May 2020 that Andrew Christie, Non-Executive Director of the Company, had on the same day purchased 11,117 Ordinary Shares at a price of 90 pence per share. As a result, Mr. Christie has a total beneficial interest of 31,096 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.17 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
