Helios was notified yesterday that Nigel Hanbury, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 17,855 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 145p per share on the same day.  Mr Hanbury is now interested in 1,695,871 ordinary shares, representing 11.6% of the Company's issued share capital.
