Results of General Meeting

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, is pleased to announce the resolutions proposed at the General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, including the special resolution to approve the proposed tender offer to shareholders, were duly passed.

The full text of the resolutions considered at the General Meeting is set out in the Notice of General Meeting published on 29 September 2025, available on the Company's website at  www.huwplc.com .

A poll was held for each resolution, the results of which are as follows:
