Notification of transaction by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs")

The following notification made under Article 19(1) of the UK Market Abuse Regulation ("UK MAR") relates to the purchase of Company shares on behalf of certain PDMRs, and conditional awards to certain PDMRs to receive shares, to satisfy the deferred portion of the annual bonus in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021. This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19(3) of UK MAR.
