Helios Energy Ltd (ASX Codes: HE8, HE8OA) ( Helios or Company ) advises that in an amendment to the Appendix 3B dated 21 July 2021, which related to a capital raising of $4,862,500 by the issue of 32,416,668 shares at a price of 15 cents per share, Gleneagle Securities Pty Ltd would also be paid 200,000 ordinary shares (in addition to its fee of 6% of funds raised).
