Helios Energy Limited (HE8) – Request for Voluntary Suspension

Helios Energy Limited (ASX: HE8) ( Helios or Company ) hereby requests a voluntary suspension in its securities, effective immediately, pending an announcement in relation to a capital raising being undertaken by the Company.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the release of the announcement which is expected no later than 21 December 2018.
