Capital Raising Update

Helios Energy Ltd (ASX:HE8) (formerly New Horizon Coal Limited)( Helios or Company ) is pleased to provide this update on the Company’s $18,880,000 capital raising ( Capital Raising ) and the timing of the reinstatement of the Company’s securities to the Official List of the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ).

To date the Capital Raising has been a great success though the time to complete the Capital Raising has taken longer than the Company anticipated. As a result of that additional time, the Company made an application to the Federal Court of Australia to extend the end date of the period for admission to quotation by ASX ( Quotation Period ). The Federal Court today issued orders, effective 5 July 2017, that extends the Quotation Period until 19 July 2017 and confirms the issue of all securities pursuant to the Prospectus, subject to the Company’s securities being admitted to quotation by 19 July 2017 ( Order ).

The Company believes that the ASX conditions for reinstatement will be satisfied by 19 July 2017.

The Company will shortly close the Shortfall Offer and satisfy the remaining conditions to enable the Company to be reinstated to quotation on or before 19 July 2017.
